Deputy Chemical Analysis Manager

Join our team! We are looking for an expert in analytical chemistry to be part of the chemical analysis department, as deputy manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervision of Quality Control Procedures
  • Assist the Chemical Quality Control Manager to ensure that procedures comply with GMP.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of protocols and analytical methods.
• Execution of Chemical Analyzes
  • Carry out chemical analyzes according to established protocols accurately and within established deadlines.
• Management of Stability Studies
  • Coordinate and supervise stability studies, complying with regulatory requirements and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Management of Analysis Team Qualifications
  • Supervise the qualifications of the analysis teams to ensure their effective operation.
  • Coordinate training activities required by analysis staff.
• Development of Analytical Methods
  • Collaborate in the development of new analytical methods, validate them and ensure their correct implementation.
• Document Management
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation related to quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits.
• Collaborative Work
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Participate in team meetings to review results, issues and initiatives.
• GMP compliance
  • Ensure that all quality control activities comply with established GMPs.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits, as well as inspections by health authorities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or degree in Chemistry with a specialty or master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry.
• Previous experience in quality control in the pharmaceutical sector
• Knowledge of GMP
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in the use of analytical tools.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
